What is the return policy?
We offer returns on all items within 7 days of customers receiving their items. If you wish to return an item then simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org in order to ensure we can process your refund.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order on the same day of your purchase then simply contact us on email@example.com and we will process your request.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped out then we can provide you with a cancellation and a full refund. If the customer has not received their orders within 25 days then they can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a cancellation.
